Last two weeks, i just checked my weight and it extremely gave me a shocked.

57KG! Oh M Jayyyy!!

Second time in my life. *1st time when i still as a student, and i succesfully reduced my weight to 53kg.

But now! Oh M Jay!!! *again..

How come meh?

I gained alot!!
