But started to avoid rice & heavy meal was on last Monday..yeah. why Monday? Sebab weekend mak haku masak nasi bukhari yang sedap nak mamps. Lama uols tak dapat makan masakan emakku (':
Start weighing my weight. About 58kgs. My aimed is about 50kgs. That should be fine for me. And and want to reduce my belly fat! Sobs! Takla macam besar sangat. Tapi bila duduk & dah start ada muffin top. Duh thats my alarm telling me i should diet. T--T

Yup terlalu ligat, terlalu push body yang baru nak warming up ni. Resultnya aku muntah lepas tu.
Jom aku list up eh meals yg aku makan starting last Monday ;
Monday 14Jan: Breakfast-Nasi goreng suku bekal (ni dah kira cheat eh), Lunch- Laksa Johor, Dinner- Bubur (lapar gila sebab lepas muntah) - EXERCISED
Tuesday 15Jan : Breakfast - Coffee cicah Hi Fibre biscuit 4pcs, Lunch - Mee hoon soto, Dinner - Roti 5pcs with sambal sardin telur (ni pun dah kira heavy actualy) - NO EXERCISE
Wednesday 16Jan : Breakfast - Roti 3pcs with sambal sardin telur semalam, Lunch - Laksa Johor, Dinner-(Taktau lagi, maybe roti?)
Yup, still aku rasa maybe diet programme aku macam ntah pape, susah kot untuk aku extreme drastik terus tak nak langsung makan makanan yang dah 24 tahun aku makan hari-hari. -__-
