My Diet Progress- Workout shcedule

Rajin sangat.

Sebab sangap kat office sebenarnya ni.
So saja nak update workout yang aku buat
Konon misi lagi 5 kg's nak kurangkan

So current weight is : 55 kg's
Height : 163 cm
BMI : Standard normal

Tapi tetap aku nak kuruih!!
Nak bagi muka ni ade feature sikit boleh tak?
Belly fat kasi hilang
Seluar jeans dulu kasi boleh pakai
Stamina kasi manterpp .erk geli pulak. tsk

So instead of aku cut nasi,
Aku juga pergi workout after 6pm,
Normally dekat taman sebelah rumah je.. near to Jusco

So schedule workout aku :
Monday - On
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - On
Thursday - On
Friday till Sunday - Off

Kenapa Thursday straight buat? Sebab normally Friday aku lepas balik kerja terus je balik rumah parents. Tu rasa takpa lah, badan pun nak rehat kan :))


p/s : semalam after balik workout, beli sayur2 : cabbage & carrot. Buat recipe soup veggies :

  1. 2 ulas ke butir? ah lantak. bawang putih - kasi hentak pakai anak lesung je, bagi hancur kang makan tergigit eeyekk!
  2. 1 ulas bawang besar - potong 4 or potong besar pun ok
  3. Suku kobis and separuh carrot - potong ikut suka engkorang lah
  4. Panaskan periuk, dah panas masukkan bawang putih & bawang merah (Jangan letak oil! sihat uols)
  5. Then, masukkan air sekali dengan carrots. Carrots paling lambat nak lembut. So masukkan dulu
  6. Dah didih, carrots dah separa lembut pastu masukkan kobis. Garam secukup rasa & secubit ajinomoto.
Hokeh guys!! Wallah!! kukus grill panggang kukus grill panggang~~ Chef Yayo


-Tengah menaip ni driver boss aku boleh pass teh tarik ikat tepi pulak! yennadei!! Aptb T--T
